1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Putting Party LLC (“Putting Party,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Putting Party LLC provides mobile mini golf rentals for events including weddings, corporate events, schools, churches, and private parties.

Services include delivery, setup, gameplay use, and teardown within a defined rental period.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit or full payment is required to reserve your event date

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received

  • Remaining balances must be paid before or on the event date

  • Pricing is based on selected package and agreed add-ons

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability

  • Weather-related changes will be handled reasonably but are not guaranteed

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of payments

5. Setup Requirements

Client agrees to provide:

  • Adequate space for setup

  • Safe, level surface (indoor or outdoor)

  • Clear access for delivery and setup

  • Any required venue permissions

We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

6. Equipment Responsibility

The client is responsible for all equipment during the rental period.

  • Equipment must be used properly and supervised as needed

  • Any lost, stolen, or damaged items may result in additional charges

  • Equipment must not be modified, relocated, or misused

7. Gameplay & Guest Conduct

  • Mini golf equipment is intended for recreational use

  • Guests must use equipment safely and respectfully

  • Rough play, misuse, or unsafe behavior is not permitted

  • Putting Party LLC reserves the right to end service if conditions become unsafe

8. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Participation involves inherent risks

  • Putting Party LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from misuse or guest behavior

  • The client assumes responsibility for all participants and guests

9. Time Limits & Overtime

  • Rentals are limited to the agreed time period

  • Additional time may be available for an added fee

  • Delays caused by the client may reduce active playtime

10. Weather Policy

  • Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions

  • Putting Party LLC is not responsible for weather-related disruptions

  • Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion

11. Media & Marketing Use

We may capture photos or videos during events for marketing purposes.

By booking, you grant permission for use of this content unless you notify us in writing prior to your event.

12. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, including your phone number, you consent to receive SMS (text messages) and email communications from Putting Party LLC related to your inquiry, booking, event details, reminders, and follow-ups.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share or sell your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at play@puttingparty.com or 801-900-3549.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
